Job Description
Tasks:
- Maintaining and administering time management data (recording, reviewing, and correcting working hours, absences, and shift information)
- Supporting the recruiting process (job postings, application management, interview scheduling)
- Assisting with day‑to‑day administrative HR tasks
Your Profile:
- Enrolled student, ideally with a focus on HR
- Reliable, structured, and organized way of working
- Enjoys working with people and collaborating in a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent German language skills (spoken and written), as they are essential for communication and correspondence within the plant
