Fleet Manager / Maintenance Controller – ECM III (m/f/d)

Your role – ECM III
In this role, you will be responsible for the operational maintenance management of our rail vehicle fleet. You will ensure the timely, safe, and cost-effective availability of the vehicles and work closely with other ECM functions.

Tasks and responsibilities in detail:
• Organization and control of the supply of vehicles for maintenance
• Coordination and cost control of internal and external maintenance contracts
• Monitoring of deadline-relevant mileage and operating hours
• Receiving and processing maintenance and order requests
• Monitoring the implementation of maintenance plans in accordance with ECM
• Warranty and guarantee management for new vehicles
• Creation of variance, utilization and performance analyses
• Documentation-compliant working methods in accordance with ISO and ECM standards

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Experience in fleet management or maintenance control
• Knowledge in the field of rail vehicles / railway maintenance is an advantage.
• very good knowledge of German, spoken and written
• Structured, independent and responsible work ethic

The Annual gross salary is EUR 54.503,26 (IV after 4 years) with willingness to pay above the standard rate depending on qualifications and experience.
