In this role, you take full ownership for delivering customer‑specific solutions on time, within budget, and in full compliance with internal quality, validation, and qualification standards. You collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Production, Innovation, and Sales – ensuring transparency, alignment, and smooth project execution across all phases.

Your tasks

• Lead Engineering‑to‑Order (EtO) projects for single‑use assemblies and consumables
• Drive project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting
• Manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions
• Oversee all phases: Requirements → Design → Validation → Qualification → Delivery
• Ensure structured documentation and adherence to compliance and governance standards
• Translate customer requirements into clear and feasible technical specifications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure robust, transparent project execution
• Support Sales during scoping, feasibility assessments, and quotation processes

Education

• Experience in project management, ideally in a technical or regulated environment
• Technical understanding; advantageous: experience with single‑use systems or bioprocessing consumables
• Basic knowledge of validation, qualification, and GMP principles
• Ability to balance technical requirements with cost, manufacturability, and quality constraints
• Structured working style, strong communication skills, and high sense of ownership
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Planner, Jira) and risk methodologies (e.g., FMEA)
• Plus: initial experience in moderation, coordination, or (sub‑)project leadership
