Your tasks

• Support Operational Excellence managers in improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
• Independently execute smaller projects and assigned tasks.
• Implement defined process changes and help embed them in daily operations.
• Support KPI monitoring and dashboard maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to roll out new processes and tools.
• Handle documentation, follow‑ups, and support change management activities.
• Work with SAP to ensure data quality and process transparency.
• Contribute to the SAP implementation (process mapping, documentation, data validation and migration).
• Participate in testing cycles, including creating test cases, executing tests, documenting results, and tracking issues.
• Support the rollout by preparing training materials and assisting key users.
• Participate in workshops and meetings, including taking minutes and coordinating follow-ups.
• Proactively contribute ideas for process improvements.

Education

• Completed technical or business education (e.g., HTL, Bachelor’s degree, or similar).
• First experience or strong interest in project management, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Basic understanding of digital tools and ERP systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP) is an advantage.
• Solid skills in MS Office; proficiency in Excel is beneficial for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Very good communication skills in English and German.
• Open, communicative, and proactive personality.
