This role reports to the Global Head of Procurement for IT & P&C and serves as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the organization (Director level and above).

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership : Drive global IT procurement strategies aligned with PMI’s business objectives.

• Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, building strong partnerships and aligning procurement goals with broader business needs.

• Category Expertise : Lead the sourcing portfolio for global IT categories, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and innovation.

• Decision-Making Support : Influence business strategies and resource allocations through effective category governance and market insight.

• Supplier Management : Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and implement contingency plans to ensure continuity and service excellence.

• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of account managers, providing strategic direction, feedback, and development plans.
