Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Regional Demand Planning Specialist to deliver best-in-class demand signals across the EMEA region for the PS business. This role will lead the monthly demand consensus process, improve forecast accuracy, and drive process improvements to support customer service excellence and inventory optimization strategies.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the monthly demand consensus process for EMEA, engaging Sales, Platform, and Finance teams.
Provide guidance to ensure consistent and high-performing demand planning processes across functions.
Aggregate regional demand and deliver timely, accurate information for S&OP processes.
Analyze AI/ML statistical forecasts and recommend best-fit models in collaboration with the data scientist and Sales.
Identify and resolve forecast issues for products managed at the regional level.
Classify products based on volume, value, volatility, and strategic importance.
Support global supply chain initiatives to improve KPIs and drive end-to-end efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives using Six Sigma and best practice benchmarking.
Preferred Requirements
University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; recent graduates will be considered.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain, with strong data analytics and statistical skills.
Proficiency in SAP/SCM, Power BI, Excel, and statistical modeling software.
Strong understanding of demand and supply planning metrics, S&OP processes, and CI tools (e.g., Six Sigma).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and change management skills; customer-focused mindset.
Fluency in English; additional European language(s) is a plus.
