As a wholly owned subsidiary of T-Systems International GmbH, T-Systems Road User Services GmbH (TS RS) is responsible for selling, developing and operating innovative toll and mobility management solutions in Germany and other European countries. For national and international customers, T-Systems Road User Services GmbH assumes end-to-end responsibility for business processes and ICT-specific services on the technical basis of customer-specific solutions and a standardized, specially developed toll platform.
T-Systems Road User Services GmbH is responsible for the IT and business process operation of the toll system in Germany and Belgium, the EETS provider Toll4Europe and the EETS @BALM front-end systems of the Federal Office of Logistics and Mobility (BALM).
About the position
As a working student (m/f/d) at our location in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, you will gain valuable insights into our daily project work and actively support the team in operational business. From the outset, you will take responsibility for independent task packages and contribute your analytical skills in a targeted manner.
Your tasks
We are looking for enrolled students to support our team in Leinfelden-Echterdingen from 01.02.2027 for at least 6 and a maximum of 24 months with up to 20 hours a week with the following tasks:
- Supporting the HR manager with operational tasks, as well as in strategic HR projects
- Insight into strategic HR topics and the opportunity to actively participate in projects
- Flexible working hours that are easy to combine with studies.
- Support in organizing and coordinating meetings, including scheduling and preparation and follow-up
- Involvement in creating and monitoring project tasks as part of HR initiatives: nearshore, skill management, resource management, talent management
- Participation in the analysis of dashboards to monitor HR indicators and support the preparation of reports
- Support in preparing analyses and evaluations on HR-relevant topics (e.g. personnel planning, fluctuation, P movements and other HR KPI's)
That's what you bring
You are studying business administration, economic psychology, human resources management or a comparable course of study.
You also have the following knowledge and skills:
- Experience in adult education topics is an advantage
- Interest in HR topics, business processes and intercultural exchange
- Target group-specific communication skills required
- High flexibility, reliability, quality awareness and discretion and willingness to learn new topics
- Safe use of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Good organizational skills and initiative
- Distinctive service orientation and a friendly, competent appearance
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
That rounds off your profile
- First practical experience in HR or in a similar position — preferably in a toll environment — is required
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis or visualization (e.g. Power BI, advanced Excel features such as VBA or Pivot)
- First points of contact with agile working methods or project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Affinity for digital processes and enthusiasm for new technologies
