We are looking for ales assistants for shops, supermarkets and shopping mall in Germany, (m/f/d).

With the following ters and conditions :

• Candidates of all genders
• Full-time position
• Salary from 12,41€/ hour (If the German minimum wage is higher than €12.41 per hour, then the higher minimum wage applies) 1.985,6€/ month gross.
• Overtime compensation provided.
• Job Insurance included.
• 25 days of annual leave.
• Unlimited work contract.
• Work within a team.

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns.
• Operating cash registers and processing transactions accurately.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring products are neatly displayed.
• Monitoring inventory levels and informing management of stock shortages.
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
• Handling customer complaints or issues professionally and effectively.
• Promoting special offers or sales events to customers.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Assisting with store opening and closing tasks as required.

Your qualifications:

• Completion of at least 2 years of university or vocational training.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the chosen field.
• A2 level profiency in German

• Certificates of employment for experiences listed in the CV
• German language certificate A2 from an ALTE-certified institution (such as Goethe-Institut, TestDaf, ÖSD, Telc GmbH, or ELC)

Additional information: The cost of living in Leipzig, Germany, is approximately €700 per month.
