Technical requirements
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und erste Erfahrung im aktiven Vertriebsinnendienst
- Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst von Vorteil
- Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie ein routinierter Umgang mit den MS Office Produkten, idealerweise SAP-Erfahrung
Tasks, competencies and responsibilities
- Kundenbetreuung in einem zugewiesenen Verkaufsgebiet
- Angebotserstellung und Auftragsbearbeitung
- Telefonische Kundenberatung und Unterstützung des Außendienstes im Projektgeschäft
- Internes Erfassen und Überwachen von Aufträgen und Lieferungen
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbindungen
