To strengthen our team in the Clinic for Cardiac Surgery at the Heart Center Leipzig, we are looking for a committed personality as a Ward Physician (m/f/d) Intensive and Intermediate Care as soon as possible - full-time or part-time

You can look forward to a responsible role in a highly specialized environment with plenty of room for professional development.

• You will care for patients on the intensive and intermediate care ward following complex cardiac surgery, including re-operations, aortic operations and heart and lung transplants.

  You will use the latest intensive care procedures, in particular ventilation and organ support systems.

  You will work on an interdisciplinary basis with colleagues from medical, nursing and therapeutic teams.

  You will take part in ward rounds, case discussions and internal hospital training and actively contribute your knowledge.

  You will have the opportunity to undertake additional training in internal medicine, anesthesiology and cardiac surgery intensive care.

  You will help shape the further development of our clinical processes and, if you are interested, you can get involved in teaching or scientific projects.

• You are a specialist in cardiac surgery, internal medicine, anesthesia or surgery - ideally with experience or a special interest in intensive medical care .

  You are enthusiastic about innovative developments in intensive care and monitoring medicine and would like to play an active role in shaping them.

  You are always patient-oriented , have empathy and appreciate working in an interdisciplinary team.

  You are confident, collegial and responsible - even in challenging situations.

  You have the legally required proof of immunity against measles .
