Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Steward to lead the end-to-end migration from SAP S4/HANA to GCP. This role demands a strong understanding of data workflows, business processes, and hands-on data management expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure successful and accurate data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain end-to-end data migration process from SAP S4/HANA to GCP.

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand current processes and define required data transformation and migration needs.

• Translate business requirements into detailed mapping documents for the engineering teams.

• Validate data transformations and ensure alignment with business logic and expectations.

• Perform data validation and reconciliation in production environments post-migration.

• Act as the central liaison between business users and engineering teams throughout the migration lifecycle.

• Maintain data integrity and quality across systems during and after migration.

• Provide support and guidance to Data Engineering teams on SAP S4/HANA, SQL, and GCP integration

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Experience with and understanding of SAP.

• Experience with SAP S4/HANA and Data Management

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including stored procedures and DDL (Data Definition Language) commands.

• Hands-on experience with YAML, Python, GitHub

• Proven ability to understand and map complex business processes into data management.

• Experience in understanding and validation of APIs,

• Excellent communication skills to effectively work with business users and technical teams.

• Experience creating detailed and accurate data mapping documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge on Reltio or similar MDM tools..

• Experience with Google Big Query.

• Experience with Data Modelling.
