Ihre Aufgaben:

• Prepare and deliver monthly business reports
• Coordinate and collaborate with various departments in an international and cross-cultural environment
• Maintain and process customer data, with a strong focus on ensuring data quality
• Manage the CRM tool and sales-related applications, including user support, training preparation, and documentation
• Identify business requirements for CRM improvements and assist in planning and developing system enhancements
• Work closely with the marketing department to support the development of marketing automation initiatives

Unsere Anforderungen:

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, combined with several years of relevant work experience - particularly in CRM systems, data management, and the preparation of data for management reports - is preferred
• A background in CRM systems, reporting tools, or marketing automation platforms is a strong asset
• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP BW and SAP C4C is an advantage
• Ability to explain complex relationships in a user-oriented and understandable manner
• Strong affinity for IT systems and data
• Interest in steel production technology and plant engineering
