For our global business area HYDRO, we are looking for a Senior Design Engineer (m/f/d) for Hydro Generators on a full-time basis within the Mechanical Engineering department.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical education (HTL, University, University of Applied Sciences)
• Several years of professional experience in design engineering required
• Knowledge of generators is a clear advantage
• Experience in technical drafting
• Strong CAD skills, ideally with Siemens NX experience
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• High level of initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Independent and well-organized working style

YOUR TASKS

• Independent technical project execution in the field of Engineering & Design
• Planning and steering of technical project implementation
• Review and approval of manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications
• Conducting and moderating design reviews as well as supporting technical clarifications with customers and internal departments
• Supporting the preparation of technical documentation
• Handling quality deviations
• Interface coordination with other disciplines (e.g., turbine, generator, etc.)
• Continuous knowledge transfer within the team

OUR OFFER

We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 3,616.50 per month. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
