• Define toplevel SoC architecture requirements for high-performance, low power cellular modems (toplevel SoC concepts such as trace and debug, fabrics, DMAs, interfaces, CPU subsystem integration, hardware accelerators, power management)
• Develop SoC concepts to enable new features and optimize architecture for power, performance, area
• Analyze and evaluate trade offs of concept options in respect to KPIs by modelling, simulation, data analysis
• Document architecture concepts and requirements and align these with HW, SW and validation teams for in-time development
• Collaborate across functional teams throughout the entire implementation and validation process for best-in-class system solutions

• Track record in SoC architecture and system engineering with proven experience in architecture related work areas. (e.g. SoC architecture, HW design, real-time FW with architecture aspects)
• In-depth knowledge of wireless communication systems design and architecture.
• Programming expertise expected.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (Architecture evaluation, feasibility analysis, modelling and simulation, debugging)
• Great communication, presentation skills and collaboration capabilities.
• Strong teamwork spirit, respectful of diverse viewpoints, open to adapting ideas based on technical debates, sharing credit, focused on getting the best out of collective thoughts for achieving common goals.
• Flexibility and agility to adapt to fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in English language is required.

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
