YOUR TASKS

Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the defense sector, define acquisition roadmaps, and prepare offers and presentations in collaboration with product management.
- Customer & Market Development: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, monitor market trends, and represent the company at relevant events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, production, and product management to detect deviations early and ensure customer satisfaction and performance.
- Performance Management: Support pricing strategies, resource allocation, and provide accurate forecasts to meet revenue and profitability targets.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed technical degree or industrial engineering background.
- Several years of sales experience in the defense or automotive industry.
- Proven ability to sell complex electronics and lighting solutions with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English and willingness to travel internationally.
- Strong customer orientation, analytical mindset, and hands-on problem-solving approach.
