We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Manager Corporate Development (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
In this role, you’ll assist with mergers and acquisitions, provide market research and analysis to support strategic business initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of M&A projects and gain exposure to corporate strategy and deal processes.

About the Role

• Handle responsibility for project modules in the context of M&A and similar strategic projects
• Conduct market research/competitor analysis and assess business plans of potential acquisitions targets
• Serve as the interface to our PMI team in the integration phase of our projects
• Identify as curious and keen to understand the underlying dynamics that drive the growth of markets/target companies
• Work closely with International Business Development, Finance, Legal and other operational teams
• Your commitment drives an essential growth and success factor of Flix
  

About You

• Excellent Master or Bachelor from a top university in business, finance or related subjects
  
• Relevant experience (incl. internship) of up to 1 year is a plus, passion for our industry very helpful
• Strong analytical skills and willingness to thoroughly understand the dynamics of markets, industries and companies
• The necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop and grow Flix with us
• Proactive, reliable and a strong focus on achievement
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
