Coordinator (m/f/d) RTG 2633

The Lübeck Institute for Experimental Dermatology (LIED) is looking for a coordinator (m/f/d) for the RTG 2633 (www.grk2633.uni-luebeck.de) as soon as possible. The position is initially limited until March 31, 2026. There is a possibility of extension.

What you can expect:

• Central contact person for international doctoral researchers, professors and associated researchers
• Advising doctoral researchers on all issues related to doctoral studies
• Administration of the budget in cooperation with the Third-Party Funding Department
• Coordinating the activities of the RTG (regular seminars, poster walks, retreats, jour fixe, steering-committee meetings) and organizing interdisciplinary workshops
• Guiding and advising doctoral researchers on the organisation of poster walks and retreats.

Your qualifications:

• A university degree (master's or equivalent)
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Experience in project management
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and organisational skills
