POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Project Coordinator to support our global sales organization. This role plays a critical part in driving sales efficiency, improving pipeline quality, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Inside Sales, Field Sales, and operational teams.
This individual will work closely with our Germany-based Customer Solutions team while supporting U.S. Field Sales on a daily basis, particularly in quote creation and machine deal coordination. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a structured, proactive approach to managing sales processes from lead generation through delivery and invoicing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the full sales lifecycle, including lead management, opportunity tracking, quote creation, and order coordination
- Partner with U.S. Field Sales to manage machine deals and ensure timely and accurate quote delivery
- Collaborate closely with Germany-based Customer Solutions team to ensure alignment and consistency
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper documentation of all sales activities
- Contribute to standardizing and improving sales processes and reporting structures
- Assist in pipeline management and forecasting activities
- Support cross-functional coordination between sales, operations, and other key stakeholders
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance team performance
- Must be available for early meetings with the Germany team, starting at 7am EST.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–3+ years of experience in project coordination, inside sales, or a related role
- Strong understanding of sales processes and opportunity lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with strong documentation discipline
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience working with SAP S4 HANA
- Experience working in a global or manufacturing environment
