Your responsibilities – where you make an impact!

• Responsibility for quality management at the plant, including KPI monitoring and escalation management
• Analysis and resolution of quality issues using RCA, CAPA, and 8D methods
• Ensuring and implementing processes, audits, and customer requirements (e.g., PPAP)
• Collaboration with suppliers and support in handling deviations and improvement measures
• Participation in projects (e.g., industrialization) and training production teams on quality topics

Your profile – what you bring!

• Technical education with experience in quality management and SAP knowledge
• Experience with rotating machinery (e.g., generators or motors)
• Very good English and Germans kills
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Structured, proactive, and customer-oriented working style with intercultural competence
