Job description
- You work in our team in the customer centre at the ZOB and in the mobility centre at Lappan
- You give your full attention to advising and supporting our customers
- You openly pass on information on all topics relating to environmentally friendly mobility so that you provide clarity
- You conscientiously sell public transport tickets (VBN) and support your customers in their selection
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You work in a customer-oriented and independent manner
- You are characterised by a friendly and open manner
- You have relevant professional experience in customer service
- You are confident and competent with MS Office applications
- You have strong communication skills and are a team player.applications confidently and competently
- You are a strong communicator and team player
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
- Your English skills are desirable and will enhance your profile
- A particularly strong service orientation, paired with a sense of responsibility, are evident in your daily work
