YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Strategic PMO in optimizing and maintaining an Excel-based prototype tool for Project Portfolio Management, with a focus on company-wide workforce planning

• Assist tool users and provide support during application and rollout

• Contribute your own ideas and participate in the optimization and further development of a professional, database-based tool solution

• Collaborate closely with the Strategic and Operational Project Management Offices, engineering departments, and digitalization experts

• Support the documentation of portfolio management tools and associated workflows

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Ongoing studies in Management, Engineering, (Business) Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field

• An independent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style

• Strong interest in project and portfolio management, structured processes, methodologies, and quality standards

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and social competence

• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills (e.g. Power Query, VBA) are desirable

• Programming skills related to database- and web-based applications are an advantage

• Good written and spoken German and English skills
