You are responsible for the smooth daily operation of the entire business, both in the guest area and in the back office
You will be responsible for personnel management and the development of your employees

Professional experience in a comparable function with corresponding experience in employee management
Host personality with everything that goes with it: basic understanding of gastronomy, a communicative, friendly manner, flexible organizational talent, enjoyment of independent work and the motivation to lend a hand
Entrepreneurial thinking and the talent to manage employees well: a good understanding of business and organizational issues with the willingness to take on responsibility
Good time management skills and good communication skills (written and verbal) round off your professional profile
