We are looking for a talented Sales Associate who wants to join one of the legendary boutique, Cartier Lugano, and contribute to the success and growth of our boutique.

YOU WILL BE

An Ambassador of Cartier and will become your second nature in the Boutique and at external Client events. You will have the mission to deliver an outstanding service to high value guests while making them feel at home in our Boutique.

By proactively building a strong relationship with your Client’s portfolio, you will guide them across our Creations to deliver unique Client experience. Thanks to your team spirit, working towards individual targets as well as making a key difference to the shared team objectives will be your two main goals. Your contribution will be key to a seamless and smooth running of the Boutique operations.

The unique nature of our client's boutique means you have a realistic opportunity to deliver an amazing experience for guests. Our client can provide outstanding product training and development, but we need the passion, commitment and drive from you.

Passionate and excel in understanding luxury client needs. You are delighted to cherish a true relationship with your Clients. As you will first join a team, you’re excited to create great energy with your team members. You will be welcomed by a friendly and open-minded and diverse team that focuses on providing an ultra-personal service. Each of them have unique skills, competencies and different background that you will learn from.

If you have a relevant experience of working in and succeeding in a Luxury Watch or Jewelry retail environment, you have a strong interpersonal and sales skills, you are a native Italian speaker, fluent in English & any other Swiss language is a plus and you have a positive energy, then this challenge will be perfect for you!
