Head of Finance (a)

In this role, you will support the CFO and work closely with the Executive and Finance Teams to ensure sound financial management and sustainable growth. You will take responsibility for planning and overseeing financial operations, developing efficient processes, and guiding a motivated finance team.

The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on work and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company’s financial performance and future development.

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent is a strong plus
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance, including 3+ years in a senior leadership or head of finance role
• Experience in Datacenter and a real estate preferred
• Familiarity with international operations and group structures is a strong advantage
• Strong technical knowledge of Swiss and IFRS accounting
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Proficient in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
