- Developing the measurement strategy for prototypes and purchased parts based on 3D CAD drawings
- Programming of measuring programs for 3D measuring machines, in particular on Wenzel measuring systems (Quartis).
- Carrying out 3D measurements on Wenzel and Zeiss measuring systems (approx. 20% of working time)
- Creation, review and evaluation of measurement protocols.
- Introduction and further development of new measurement technologies (e.g. roughness tests, series measurements)
- Responsible for monitoring measuring equipment and setting up, maintaining and organizing the 3D measuring room
- Training and support for other employees in measurement technology
Your profile
- Completed technical training (e.g. measurement technician, industrial mechanic, toolmaker, etc.)
- Sound knowledge of programming and defining measuring strategies on 3D measuring machines, ideally Wenzel (Quartis)
- Experience with Zeiss measuring systems and measuring software an advantage
- Confident handling of technical drawings and 3D CAD data
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in an international corporate environment
- Good command of written and spoken English.
