Your advantages
- Programming of measuring programs for 3D measuring machines, in particular on Wenzel measuring systems (Quartis).
- Performing 3D measurements with coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Initial sample inspections, interim inspections, and final inspections
- Support with further tests, such as surface structure, magnetic tests, and other measuring equipment
- Creation, review, and evaluation of measurement reports
- Responsible for monitoring measuring equipment and setting up, maintaining and organizing the 3D measuring room
- Training and support for other employees in measurement technology and production
Your profile
- Completed technical training (e.g., measurement technician, industrial mechanic, toolmaker, or similar)
- Sound knowledge of programming and defining measuring strategies on 3D measuring machines, ideally Wenzel (Quartis)
- Experience with Zeiss measuring systems and measuring software an advantage
- Confident handling of technical drawings and 3D CAD data
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in an international corporate environment
- Good command of written and spoken English.
