Join us for an exciting internship opportunity at our Global Supply Chain Management Headquarter near Lucerne, where around 150 employees collaborate across key Supply Chain functions, from Global Product Supply, Logistics and Distribution to Customs and SCM Strategy. Located in the heart of Switzerland, our office offers a dynamic and international work environment. Kick-start your career with a 6-month internship and become part of our global team.
We are the Global SCM Learning Team, and we help supply chain colleagues around the world build the skills they need to succeed today and tomorrow. Working closely with Markets and Functions, we turn strategy into action by designing and delivering learning initiatives that make a real difference to how our supply chain performs.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
- Support the Global SCM Learning Team in day-to-day operations by overseeing the scheduling and coordination of learning programs.
- Create engaging communications and learning materials that bring our ideas to life
- Track project timelines, monitor progress and follow up with stakeholders to keep everything on track
- Assist in developing and facilitating learning initiatives
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Some experience in coordinating projects or organizing events, for example through your studies, previous internships or student organizations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to share information and updates in a clear and concise way
- Curious and quick to learn, with a passion for exploring new topics – an interest in learning & development, supply chain or AI is a plus
- Experience with public speaking or facilitation is a plus
- Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)

- Monthly gross salary of CHF 3.000,00
ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as student for the complete duration of the internshipor in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree.
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 01, 2027 until August 31, 2027.
- Candidates already based in Switzerland are preferred (due to visa limitations). Applicants must be willing to relocate to the Lucerne area at their own expense for the full duration of the internship.
