Deine Aufgaben:
- Weiterentwicklung komplexer und moderner Softwarelösungen im Umfeld der Kernsysteme
- Mitarbeit bei Refactoring- und Migrationsvorhaben im Rahmen der neuen Anwendungslandschaft
- Erweiterung des bestehenden CRM-Systems Kaiman
- Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zur neuen Integrationsplattform im Bereich Business Service HR Mitarbeiter
- Mitarbeit in einem DevOps-Team über den gesamten Software-Lifecycle hinweg – von der Konzeption bis zum Betrieb
- Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität durch automatisierte Tests, Code-Reviews und moderne Entwicklungsstandards
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Agile Release Train (ART) nach SAFe mit Lean-Agile-Mindset
Dein Profil:
- 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung mit aktuellen Java-Technologien wie Java EE und Jakarta EE
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit Angular
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Event- und Workflow-basierten Architekturen
- Erfahrung mit Docker, Kubernetes und Cucumber
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Clean Code, Clean Architecture (Onion Architecture) sowie Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit DevOps-Praktiken wie CI/CD, Monitoring sowie dem Betrieb eigener Anwendungen
- Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsmethoden nach Scrum, SAFe-Framework von Vorteil
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Logisch-analytische Herangehensweise sowie ausgeprägte methodische und konzeptionelle Denkweise
- Offen, umgänglich, respektvoll und motiviert, sich in einem Team mit viel Pioniergeist aktiv einzubringen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
