As part of the Supply Chain Intelligence team, we are actively seeking an experienced project manager to drive program and project delivery across key workstreams (e.g. planning, milestones tracking and execution) in alignment with Supply Chain Intelligence strategic direction. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end supply chain intelligence projects (including use cases), driving business impact, user adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee project/program delivery: planning, execution, milestone tracking, risk/opportunity management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure end to end visibility across Supply Chain Intelligence initiatives, including interdependencies within SC Intelligence pillars and key partners (e.g. SCM Data Domain).
- Identify business opportunities through development of new capabilities, work closely with stakeholders to assess and prioritize demands, ensuring alignment with SCM goals.
- Foster user adoption by collaborating with supply chain intelligence teams to provide targeted training programs for function and market end-users and stakeholders.
- Create user documentation and materials to improve user understanding, engagement and adoption with supply chain intelligence capabilities.
- Develop and implement effective demand management processes to optimize resource allocation and project delivery.
- Own and deliver the SC Intelligence communication approach and execution for the SCM Reporting Community (global and markets).
- Connect deliverables and insights into a clear end-to-end view, considering input from SC Intelligence, Data Transformation, Analytics Acceleration pillars within SC Intelligence and consider what is needed from SCM Data Foundation team.

- SCM – Global / Market Functions
- SCM - Strategy & Digital Solutions (e.g., Bus. Enablement - Head-Office & SCM Academy)
- SCM Product teams
- Global TECH (SCM Data Foundations)

Requisite Education and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in multinational environment (e.g. top tier consulting, project management, apparel/fashion, or supply chain management, background)
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a project management or delivery role with strong understanding of project management principles
- Experience in agile project management and analytics/data projects preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
