Job Overview
The MedTech Supply Chain EMEA team is setting the strategy and standards for critical Supply Chain and business processes, managing key strategic programs and operational services as we focus on our customers’ needs and bring the next generation of MedTech’s innovations to life.
This role will be responsible for orchestrating the strategic roadmap for Supply Chain in MT EMEA, and developing/ deploying required training, change management, communication/ engagement and organizational effectiveness to execute the roadmap This role will be a core member of the EMEA Supply Chain Regional Leadership Team and SC Excellence team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap
Maintain and own the strategic roadmap.
Ensure alignment and deployment across all relevant stakeholders.
Focus on the end state vision and annual deployment/ execution plans.
Training
Develop and deploy an effective training curriculum/ program to support all MT SC EMEA functions and geographies.
Focused scope is across Plan, Customer Service and Distribution/ Transportation functions for all EMEA market Supply Chain team (>1,000 people).
Change Management
Change Management will be critical to successfully deploying the strategic roadmap.
This role will be key in driving change management at strategic and senior levels, and supporting the many teams across EMEA driving the right level of engagement and change management with all key stakeholders and business partners.
Communication and Engagement
This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving communication and engagement plans, across MEA E2E SC and all relevant stakeholders.
Organizational Effectiveness
This role will also be responsible for leading and supporting teams in developing organizational effectiveness/ high-performing team roadmaps and deploying accordingly.
Requirements:
Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
+10 years management experience in change management, communication, training and working in a complex business/ initiatives.
Strong track record of working at a strategic and tactical level.
Cross-functional experience working with senior business, commercial, supply chain and IT partners.
Proven Project Management Successes with highly complex initiatives.
Willingness to work early mornings and/or late evenings to meet with stakeholders in other parts of the world.
Ability to succeed in a rapid-paced environment with significant ambiguity.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Location and Pay Grade
The individual can work from any J&J location. Pay Grade 31.
