Senior IT Data Analyst (100%)
Männedorf, Zürich
Your contribution
- Analyze and visualize business data to support decision-making
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SAP HANA models and reporting solutions
- Integrate data from ERP, CRM, finance, and other systems
- Create dashboards and KPIs in SAP Analytics Cloud; explore new BI tools.
- Lead or support BI and digital transformation projects
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (e.g., GDPR)
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support and training to business users
- Document data flows, models, and methodologies
Your background
We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.
- Extensive experience as a data analyst/BI specialist in SAP HANA
- Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP ERP (S/4), SAP Analytics Cloud, and ETL tools
- Experience in data modeling, SQLScript, and performance optimization
- Understanding of SAP S4 data structures (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Hands on experience in Project Management
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Team player with a structured, independent work style.
- Degree in business IT, data science, or similar is a nice to have
- Experience with OneStream, Salesforce TableauNext, PowerBI would be a plus
