Your tasks
- You are the primary point of contact for lead inquiries, specifically regarding Odoo.
- You work closely and with a high degree of confidentiality with the company management.
- You participate in the strategic direction of the company, particularly in preparing data for decision-making.
- You take ownership of the design, development, and ongoing refinement of our offer and service portfolio.
- You present our services to both potential new customers and existing clients.
- You identify and develop new sales channels, sales processes, and methodologies.
- You negotiate contract content and performance conditions.
- You create compelling and successful proposals in coordination with company management.
- You ensure close, trust-based collaboration with other departments, such as the Back Office, Marketing, Application Development, and Project Management.
What You Bring to the Team
- You are highly familiar with ERP systems and have extensive experience using them.
- A strong affinity for IT (knowledge of Odoo is a significant plus).
- Proven experience in sales.
- A genuine passion for customer contact and new business acquisition.
- Excellent skills in prioritization, deadline management, and risk assessment.
- Willingness to travel nationally (and potentially abroad) to a reasonable extent (currently estimated at up to three days per month).
- Business-level fluency in German (negotiation-level).
