Your tasks

• You analyze the business processes together with (new) customers and identify ways to improve by using Odoo applications.

• You offer training for end users and key users and support them in the introduction of Odoo into their workflow.
• You take over the sales requests and are therefore the first contact person for Odoo inquiries.
• You present our service to potential new customers and existing customers.
• You create convincing and successful offers in coordination with the company management.
• You work towards contract content and performance conditions.
• You work closely and trustingly with other functional areas of the company (e.g. B. Back office, marketing, application development and project management) together.
• You will take over the design and further development of our offer and service portfolio.
• You will develop and create new sales channels, sales processes and methods.
• You work closely and confidentially with the company management.
• You participate in the strategic orientation of the company (especially in the decision preparation).
• You plan and coordinate the implementation, provide resources and keep the customer informed about the project status.

You should bring that

• Good knowledge of the Odoo platform, especially in the areas of development, implementation and adaptation of modules
• Expertise in accounting and financial accounting with Odoo (EE and CE) Expertise in the Odoo apps CRM, e-commerce and manufacturing
• Understanding the business processes and challenges of various industries
• Experience in planning and coordinating implementation projects, resource management, budgeting and scheduling
• Constant willingness to acquire new technologies, industry knowledge and best practices in order to provide customers with the best possible solutions
• Solid experience and best practices in solution design
• A good view of sources and quality of possible 3rd party extensions from the OCA and the Odoo App Store
• Negotiation-proof German
• Experience in sales
• Very good skills for priority, deadline and risk management
• Willingness to travel nationally (u. U. even abroad) to a reasonable extent (currently we assume up to three days of travel activity per month)
