Your Future Workday:

• You will take responsibility for approval procedures under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and the Building Code (BauGB) by coordinating and commissioning the necessary expert reports.

• You will liaise with relevant authorities and offices and prepare the application documents.

• You will oversee the procedures until successful approval under BImSchG and coordinate participation in the tendering process according to the Renewable Energy Act (EEG).

• You will secure any necessary rights through private law contracts.

Skills We Are Looking For:

• A completed degree in landscape and open space planning, environmental law, geography, landscape ecology, environmental management/sciences, or a comparable qualification.

• Experience in approval procedures under BImSchG and BauGB is desirable.

• Knowledge in wind farm project planning is an advantage.

• A communicative, team-oriented, and assertive personality.

• Proficiency in MS Office, ideally with knowledge of MS Project.

• A Class B driving license and willingness to travel.
