Learning Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Maisach - Gernlinden
As a Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning solutions that support employee development and business growth. You will work closely with the Talent Management & Development team, HR colleagues, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful, modern learning experiences.
Your responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain learning programs (classroom, virtual, blended, and e-learning) that enables managers to enhance team performance
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, HR and global stakeholders to ensure engaging learning content and learning journeys are aligned with business priorities
- Continuously improve learning formats, methods, and materials based on evaluation results
- Further develop and execute onboarding programs that help new hires integrate efficiently and feel supported from day one, contributing to overall talent retention
- Deliver instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and classroom trainings designed for broad accessibility and impact
- Administer the Cornerstone LMS, including managing content, tracking learner progress, and generating reports to maintain transparency and accessibility of learning programs
- Manage compliance and ISO training initiatives to ensure organizational standards are met
What you bring to us:
- Degree or comparable qualification in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Experience in Learning & Development, training, or adult education
- Strong understanding of modern learning methods and didactics
- Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platforms
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder orientation
- Very good English skills; good German skills are a plus
