Purchasing Backlog Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Maisach
Are you a proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills and a passion for supplier coordination, order management, and customer satisfaction? Join our team and play a key role in ensuring product availability, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with our franchised suppliers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage and monitor the purchase order backlog.
- Track order status and delivery schedules, proactively addressing supplier delays and discrepancies.
- Coordinate expedite requests to minimize supply risks and accelerate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate order and delivery information within our ERP system.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, and Global Resource teams to resolve supply chain issues.
What you bring to us:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain operations, customer service, or a related administrative role is an advantage.
- Good English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; German language skills are beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment.
