As part of our Global IT Procurement Team, you will work on exciting projects, take on responsibility and actively contribute your ideas. • Updating and maintaining the budget overview, including open orders
• Processing purchase orders and coordinating hardware provision for construction sites (construction site boxes)
• Planning requirements and liaising with internal departments, including at an international level
• Managing and maintaining domains
• Processing delivery confirmations within the EU context
• Checking invoices and forwarding them to the accounts department

• A degree in a relevant field or commercial/technical training
• Initial relevant professional experience gained through internships or working as a student trainee
• Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, basic knowledge of procurement processes
• An independent and structured approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a team spirit
• High level of German (C1) and English. *Fluency is a must.
