• Supporting the centralisation of telecommunications provider management in Europe
• Processing contract terminations and tracking entries in the tracking table
• Ordering and managing connections (e.g. DSL, TDN), including documentation
• Checking and processing invoices for telecommunications service providers
• Contributing to the development of the mobile device roadmap
• Managing SSL certificates and ensuring smooth certificate management

• Completed commercial or technical training with a focus on IT (or equivalent qualification)
• Initial professional experience in the IT sector, ideally in the management of telecommunications services
• Ideally, initial experience with Onventis or comparable digital purchasing and procurement systems
• Knowledge of mobile device management and certificate management
• A structured and independent approach to work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Fluent German and good English, both spoken and written
