We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Hospitality and Hotel Manager to support our team in the daily management of hotel operations and the F&B department, ensuring an excellent guest experience. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated individual aiming to grow their career in hotel management within an international and dynamic environment.

• Support in the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring high standards in customer service and efficiency
• Supervise guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
• Coordinate and support front office staff and housekeeping teams to meet guest expectations
• Manage room bookings and allocations
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure hotel facilities are maintained in a clean, comfortable, and functional condition
• Assist in budget management and promote cost control measures
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and language school teams to enhance the guest experience
• Contribute to staff training and development to ensure excellent service delivery

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management (internships also considered)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. We offer a dedicated English course to further improve language skills if needed.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality service
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with hotel management software and tools is an advantage
