Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Hospitality and Hotel Manager to support our team in the daily management of hotel operations and the F&B department, ensuring an excellent guest experience. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated individual aiming to grow their career in hotel management within an international and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring high standards in customer service and efficiency
- Supervise guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Coordinate and support front office staff and housekeeping teams to meet guest expectations
- Manage room bookings and allocations
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure hotel facilities are maintained in a clean, comfortable, and functional condition
- Assist in budget management and promote cost control measures
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and language school teams to enhance the guest experience
- Contribute to staff training and development to ensure excellent service delivery
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management (internships also considered)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. We offer a dedicated English course to further improve language skills if needed.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with hotel management software and tools is an advantage
