The job
As a customer service agent you'll be the first point of contact between the online casino and the players. In this role it's important to prioritise player satisfaction and show professionalism as well as empathy. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Help Danish customers via email and chat
- Make sure that complex issues are resolved as quickly as possible
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Make daily monitoring of website availability and functionality, reporting to Customer Service Manager on issues affecting either customers or site performance
- Assist in promoting new products and offers to customers

Assist in other areas of work within the casino as required
Your qualifications
You speak and write Danish at a native level and you speak English fluently (minimum B1).
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Strong online communication and customer handling skills.
You are a fast learner, and you have great communication skills.
Professional, mature and service-oriented.
