The job
You will be in charge of providing assistance to German speaking customers via email and chat. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat about reservations, airlines and car rentals
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines
Your qualifications
You speak and write German and English fluently (B2).
Any additional languages will be considered a plus.
Experience in airline and customer service is an advantage.
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- Skilled user of MS Office packages & any GDS System
Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
