Your tasks
Become part of our ENI business line—a dynamic division that delivers innovative lighting solutions for entertainment and industrial applications worldwide. Our products are used in cinemas, industrial facilities, and other demanding environments where quality and precision are essential.
ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation process: as part of a carve-out, the business line is being transferred to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. For you as Customer Service Senior Specialist (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on commercial, logistical, and technical matters in collaboration with expert teams
- Process and verify orders and delivery plans through EDI, Xchange, or SAP
- Monitor product availability, manage backorders, and ensure smooth logistics operations
- Validate customer-specific requirements (e.g., labeling, packaging, delivery methods) before order confirmation
- Maintain and update price lists and customer records
- Manage and resolve disputes related to quality, delivery, or billing in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Support consignment inventory and export documentation when required
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Several years of B2B Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.
- Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
