Your responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and handle incoming customer inquiries.
• Provide thorough consultation on products and services.
• Carefully track overdue accounts, process customer credits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure payment security by notifying customers of deadlines and consequences for non-compliance with agreed-upon terms.

Your profile

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written German.
• Proficiency in PC/Internet/Mobile usage and MS Office.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of English.
