In order to support us, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a
Flight Test Means (FTM) Project Coordinator (d/f/m)
As a Project Coordinator for FTM you perform project management tasks and support the execution of FTM project in Manching for national and international projects.
The FTI Systems Engineering & Operations Team supports a broad variety of data gathering systems for numerous technical purposes at the Manching site and during campaign activities at external test ranges.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
Interface and focal point for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. PMO, CE, BAAINBw, etc.).
Preparation of proposals, including requirements alignment, concept coordination, estimation of costs, creation of statements of work, support to price investigations, etc.
Preparation and execution of mandatory PM documentation and meetings e.g. schedule creation and coordination, WBS, risk & opportunity management, project controlling, change management, lessons learnt, etc.
Desired skills and qualifications
You have successfully completed studies in Project Management / Aerospace Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Systems Engineering or comparable.
You have extensive (overall > 5 years of) work expierence in a comparable technical discipline or organization
You provide proven knowledge and experience in the area of Technical Project Management.
You have a Leadership mind- and skillset, assertiveness, ability to work independently and a high level of communication skills.
Preferably you have experience in dealing with customers such as BAAINBw or German Air Force including knowledge of their procedures and processes.
Our international and multicultural environment requires improved skills in German and English language (spoken and written) in order to enable an efficient communication.
