Your Duties:

• Lead the global Advisory function and ensure alignment with CIO strategy
• Manage and develop multi-location advisory teams
• Translate macro views and asset-allocation frameworks into client-ready proposals
• Oversee portfolio monitoring, risk checks and rebalancing needs
• Drive digital advisory transformation and scalable advisory models
• Collaborate closely with Private Bankers, Trading, Risk and Compliance

Your Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in private banking/wealth management; solid experience in investment consulting
• Solid leadership experience with cross-border teams
• Strong expertise in asset allocation, portfolio construction and financial instruments
• Deep understanding of suitability rules and cross-border regulations
• Fluent in English and advanced Spanish; French/Portuguese beneficial
• CFA/CAIA/CWMA or similar certifications highly valued
