Job description
- You will be responsible for expert telephone advice and written correspondence with our international customers:
- In order to ensure excellent service quality and long-term customer satisfaction
- You will also be responsible for the complete processing of customer orders, including entering them into the system and monitoring all relevant delivery dates and logistics processes
- In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the customer master data in the ERP system and ensure that all stored information is up to date and correct through your conscientious working methods
- Your tasks will also include the independent processing of complaints and credit notes, always act in a solution-orientated manner and protect the interests of the customer and the company:
- As part of your job, you will support the sales team in the preparation of quotations and prepare all necessary documents for the smooth handling of sales processes
- Finally, you will be responsible for interface communication with neighbouring departments such as logistics or production in order to proactively ensure on-time delivery of ordered goods at all times
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or e-commerce clerk (m/f/d) and have sound basic commercial knowledge
- In addition, you have initial relevant professional experience in customer service or processing, ideally in a manufacturing environment or a company with a technical focus
- You will have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and initial experience of working with modern ERP systems to help you carry out your daily tasks
- Written and spoken German at native speaker level and a good command of English for communicating with international customers are essential for this position:
- Furthermore, you have a high level of communication skills and a pronounced service orientation in order to always act in a friendly and binding manner even in stressful situations
- Finally, you are a real team player with a structured way of thinking and work absolutely reliably, conscientiously and with a high focus on details at all times
