For the Commercial Excellence department, we are looking for a (Senior) Market Intelligence Specialist (f/m/d) for our location in Melsungen as soon as possible.

The Commercial Excellence department combines cross-divisional expertise in marketing and sales, focusing on harmonizing, optimizing, and digitizing the relevant processes and systems. As a Market Intelligence Specialist, you will be a partner for the Global Marketing Teams for the assigned business areas. You will monitor and analyze market and competitor information and to support data-driven decisions thereby adding value to the marketing of our products and services.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitors for the assigned business areas
• Find, collect, and integrate relevant data into unified and easily accessible data models
• Manage and review assumptions and data using structured methods
• Transform complex data from market and competitor analyses into actionable and business-relevant insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various areas, regions, and countries, and adapt and communicate market and competitor information according to the needs of the stakeholders
• Support the development of business strategies, portfolio analyses, and other important activities that require market and competitor data

Professional Competencies:

• Successfully completed a bachelor's degree in economics, with a focus on marketing or comparable studies
• Several years of professional experience in strategy, business development, or market analysis, ideally in the MedTech sector
• Experience with market analysis tools, including market size estimates and competitor (financial) analyses
• Understanding and strong affinity for business models, strategic levers, and financial metrics
• In-depth knowledge of relevant MedTech markets and experience with relevant competitors or customer segments
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; good German skills are an advantage
