Your Tasks

• Take overall responsibility for the recruiting process of different target groups
• Source candidates through job boards, social media and networking platforms
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• Be the first point of contact for our employees and managers in HR matters
• Accompany the entire employee lifecycle - from the first ‘hello’ to the farewell
• Optimise HR processes and contribute your creative ideas
• You will be involved in strategic HR projects such as the harmonisation of payroll systems worldwide

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of HR management, business administration or comparable education
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR topics - you already have a good feeling for the job
• Good knowledge of labour law and HR processes
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally Workday

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and with a hands-on mentality
• You enjoy working in a team and are keen to actively shape HR and speak fluent English and German
