Your Tasks
- Take overall responsibility for the recruiting process of different target groups
- Source candidates through job boards, social media and networking platforms
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Be the first point of contact for our employees and managers in HR matters
- Accompany the entire employee lifecycle - from the first ‘hello’ to the farewell
- Optimise HR processes and contribute your creative ideas
- You will be involved in strategic HR projects such as the harmonisation of payroll systems worldwide
Your Profile
- Completed studies in the field of HR management, business administration or comparable education
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR topics - you already have a good feeling for the job
- Good knowledge of labour law and HR processes
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally Workday
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and with a hands-on mentality
- You enjoy working in a team and are keen to actively shape HR and speak fluent English and German
