Your mission & challenges

The visual identity and creative excellence of NEURA Robotics are key pillars of our international brand perception. From product visualizations and motion content to digital brand experiences, our creative team shapes how our technology is seen and experienced today. To further strengthen this ambition, we are looking for an experienced leader who will systematically develop, scale, and ensure consistent brand management across all channels—in close collaboration with the CEO Office, which provides visionary future perspectives and strategic direction.

• You will take on both functional and disciplinary leadership, as well as further build an interdisciplinary creative team.
• You will be responsible for our brand identity and visual appearance across all channels (web, social, events, print, XR, etc.) and continuously evolve it.
• You will define binding guidelines, templates, and design systems, ensure their consistent application, and empower other departments and subsidiaries through self-service solutions such as a brand portal.
• You will oversee holistic product design—from concept to final implementation in collaboration with engineering—taking into account user needs, brand guidelines, and business objectives.
• You will translate company goals into clear creative briefings, storylines, and scalable visual concepts.
• You will prioritize requirements, plan capacities, and support the team in efficiently managing projects from ideation to execution. This includes external vendors, agencies, and freelancers, as well as the associated production budget.
• You will ensure that all assets—from product renderings and videos to presentations—meet the highest quality and brand standards.
• You will be responsible for design-related guidelines for brand experiences such as trade fairs, showrooms, and digital platforms.
• You will continuously develop workflows, tools, and asset structures to increase efficiency and reusability.
• You will work closely with the CEO Office, translating visionary concepts into brand-compliant and scalable solutions while ensuring consistent brand management in day-to-day operations.
• You will support the professional and personal development of your team and strategically build new capabilities.

What we can look forward to

• You have several years of experience in a creative leadership role in the areas of brand, design, CGI, or motion—ideally in a B2B tech, software, or hardware environment.
• You bring a strong understanding of brand management, design systems, and scalable creative processes.
• You have experience leading interdisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and overseeing external partners.
• You think strategically while remaining hands-on—from vision through to precise execution.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English and are able to manage a wide range of stakeholders effectively.
• You have a solid understanding of modern creative workflows, including 3D, video, real-time, and AI-supported processes.
• You work in a structured, decisive manner and maintain a clear overview even when handling multiple parallel topics.
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and take ownership of your responsibilities
