Your mission & challenges

Do you want to go beyond legal review and actively shape the future of technology? In this role, you take ownership of key legal topics around contracts, innovation, and emerging technologies—ensuring that strategic decisions are legally sound, scalable, and future-proof.

• You review, draft, and negotiate national and international contracts, including license agreements, development and cooperation agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

• You ensure legal compliance across company activities, with a strong focus on intellectual property and technology partnerships.

• You support corporate governance topics as well as corporate law matters and related processes.

• You assess legal aspects of artificial intelligence, data protection, and liability in the context of autonomous systems and machine learning.

• You work closely with R&D, product management, and executive leadership to safeguard and actively shape strategic business decisions from a legal perspective.

What we can look forward to

• You have successfully completed a degree in business law, such as an LL.B., LL.M., or a comparable qualification.

• You have a strong affinity for legal topics in a technology-driven environment, particularly in the areas mentioned above.

• You demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.

• You have strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and understandable way.

• In addition, you are fluent in German and English at a professional negotiation level.
